My approach
My approach
I’m a psychoanalytically trained therapist who blends attachment theory with EMDR and other trauma‑informed methods. Together we’ll identify the beliefs and emotional patterns that keep you stuck and replace them with healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.

About My Practice
About My Practice
After years in a high‑pressure legal career, I chose a path that felt truer to my values: helping people heal, find their voice, and live with greater passion. As a first‑generation South‑Asian American, I understand the weight of cultural expectations and the impact of trauma on immigrant families. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore, heal, and grow on your own terms.
